Job summary

Finitec is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect for a remote, contract-based position with a major wireless network operator. The role focuses on maintaining and developing Salesforce and MuleSoft-driven solutions, integrated with CRM systems, across multiple European locations.

Daily collaboration occurs in English. You will lead technical governance, design approaches, and support delivery, while working with IT architects and the Product Owner to prepare changes for production deployment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect in large-scale projects, preferably supporting international user bases and business organizations.
• Extensive Salesforce expertise combined with strong software development skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, and HTML.
• Experience with various Salesforce products, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud (Community).
• Good knowledge of Git and software engineering best practices, including Clean Code, CI/CD, Code Reviews, and Unit Testing.
• Understanding of software design patterns and architecture principles.
• Excellent communication skills in both Polish and English.

• Propose and design the best technical solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem
• Select appropriate technologies and tools
• Collaborate with clients and partners to gather requirements and align on solution designs
• Provide technical leadership and support to project teams, including developers, testers, analysts, and consultants, in cooperation with Project Managers
• Work directly with our international clients
