Job summary

ERGO Technology & Services S.A. (ET&S) in Poland seeks an experienced field-support specialist to empower sales teams by optimizing use of the EASY field service system, analyzing data, maintaining knowledge bases, and coordinating testing for releases.

You will collaborate with sales departments, create user documentation, and help manage training environments while balancing flexible hours and weekend duties.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and German.
• Several years of relevant professional experience.
• Good knowledge of business and process analysis, sales processes and sales channel specifics.
• Good understanding of sales-related systems and strong analytical skills.
• Initial management experience in linear or matrix structures.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with demanding customers, strong teamwork and accountability.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support sales channels in the deployment and use of sales hardware and software; focus on customer acquisition, office organization, and data analysis.
• Provide service-oriented advice to sales teams on issues regarding the ERGO field service system (EASY).
• Work with communication systems and software used within sales teams.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge database.
• Analyze error situations and coordinate measures for error rectification and process optimization; test measures and inform sales teams.
• Independently perform testing activities as part of planned releases and coordinate agencies involved in release testing.
• Support communication with sales departments, including user documentation and release notes.
• Coordinate and manage the training environment.
• Coordinate incoming escalations and complaints.
