Job summary

ERGO Technology & Services S.A. in Warsaw is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier relationships in a dynamic IT and services environment.

You will support external IT services, coordinate accrual reports, and help optimise procurement processes while collaborating with internal stakeholders. The role offers flexible hours and potential remote work within a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• English knowledge at B2/C1 level.
• Minimum 3 years in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-moving and growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Processing Purchase Requisitions and issuing Purchase Orders
• Maintaining good relationship with external providers and internal stakeholders
• Supporting External IT Services category and any other associated tasks
• Collecting, preparing and issuing monthly accrual reports, ensuring the stakeholders meet deadlines and the report is issued in a timely manner
• Dealing with invoice queries and managing invoice discrepancies (timesheets, additional cost e.g. travel cost)
• Suggesting solutions and reporting issues to the relevant departments
• Collecting input data required for onboarding of external personnel – data necessary for the onboarding team to kick-off the process and coordination of the E2E process
• Identifying improvement ideas/activities within procurement area to optimise the process
• Maintaining responsibilities in line with company regulations
• Providing support in other procurement related areas
