Job summary

ERGO Technology & Services S.A. (ET&S) in Poland is seeking a versatile professional to support sales, analyze business processes, and coordinate with the EASY User Support Team Leader.

You will also help maintain knowledge bases and assist with issue resolution. The role requires English (B2) and German (C2) proficiency, a degree in Business Administration or related field (or relevant apprenticeship), plus experience in a similar role and strong communication skills with demanding customers.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Mathematics or related field or equivalent apprenticeship.
• Professional experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of business and process analysis, sales processes and sales channel specifics.
• Excellent communication and the ability to deal with demanding customers.
• Willingness to travel and to work flexible hours, including some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Managing personnel administration with the EASY User Support Team Leader.
• Supporting sales teams in hardware, software, and data usage.
• Providing telephone and written support to ERGO EASY users.
• Developing and maintaining a knowledge base and user documentation.
• Analyzing system issues and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Contributing to process optimization and corrective design.
• Testing system enhancements and release changes; informing sales teams.
• Coordinating release testing with participating agencies.
• Managing the training environment and supporting user training.
• Communicating release notes and documentation to sales departments.
• Participating in cross-functional groups and improvement projects.
• Coordinating escalations and complaints for timely resolution.
