Job summary

ERGO Technology & Services S.A. in Poland seeks a Senior IT System Analyst to translate business needs into effective system solutions and ensure complete requirements throughout the software lifecycle.

You will own complex analytical activities, collaborate with business and IT stakeholders, and drive successful product and project delivery with strong analytical expertise and business understanding.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience as a System Analyst or similar role (Requirements Engineer/Business Analyst).
• Proven ability to elicit, analyze, document, and manage requirements.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, product teams, developers, and architects.
• Hands-on creation of use cases, user stories, and product backlog items.
• Experience in agile software delivery and understanding of SDLC processes.
• Familiarity with release management, deployment, and change management activities.
• Knowledge of collaboration tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Miro, PowerPlatform or similar.

Responsibilities

• Manage communication and balance expectations between capability owners, end users, product teams, and service teams.
• Facilitate workshops to gather, analyze, and validate requirements.
• Create and maintain use cases, process flows, and requirements documents.
• Translate business needs into features, backlog items, and functional specs.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and technical teams to assess feasibility.
• Co-create wireframes and support solution design with UI teams.
• Support releases, deployments, and change management activities.
• Assist in pre-production and production deployments and release validation.
