Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Junior Sales Support Representative to support the EMEA North region from Katowice, Poland. You will provide pricing and quotation support, CRM data quality, and first-level process assistance to the Sales teams while liaising with customers and Rockwell colleagues.

You will work remotely and on the phone, with a focus on delivering a great customer experience, maintaining product and process knowledge, and supporting a fast, accurate sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Fluent Polish, German and strong English required.
• High school diploma completed.
• Capable to work remotely and on the telephone.

Responsibilities

• Provide CRM data quality support and maintenance to the Sales team.
• Provide first level support to internal Rockwell processes and tools.
• Assist the Sales team with customer queries and direct to correct department.
• Help reduce administrative burden on Sales and improve customer experience.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Rockwell products, processes and tools.
• Communicate effectively with sales, internal departments and customers.
