Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required. MBA/related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales planning, including account tiering, territory optimization and capacity planning, Goal/Target Setting.
• Lead the regional forecasting process in collaboration with finance.
• Deliver proactive sales insights on territory design effectiveness and performance to goal.
• Ensure sales pursuit follows a consistent, outcome-based process.
• Set standards, track hygiene, and provide insights on account planning and pipeline forecasting.
• Align with regional operations manager to roll out initiatives and systems.
