Job summary

Rockwell Automation in Katowice, Poland, is seeking a sales‑oriented Inside Sales Support Specialist with fluent English to build relationships, identify opportunities, and support the Benelux market.

You will report to the Customer Service Manager, work in a hybrid setup, manage inquiries, quotations, orders, and invoices, and contribute to growth across the Benelux region.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (minimum B2/C1).
• Minimum 3 years in sales, customer service or business development.

Job Description

We are looking for a sales-oriented, proactive Inside Sales Support Specialist with fluent English to join our team in Katowice, Poland. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building business relationships, identifying new opportunities, and working in an international environment.

You will help support and develop the Benelux market (Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg), working with customers while contributing to the growth of our business in the region.

As this is a developing market, we are looking for someone who is agentic, commercially minded, with a business mindset searching for new opportunities and establishing long-term customer relationships.

You will report to the Customer Service Manager and work in a hybrid model (remote and onsite).

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct phone and web research to identify potential customers and suppliers.
• Develop business opportunities within the Benelux region.
• Manage customer relationships and maintain regular contact with clients.
• Handle telephone and email customer communication and vendors.
• Conduct commercial negotiations with customers and partners.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations.
• Receive and processing customer orders.
• Create invoices and related documentation.
• Monitor order and service status using internal systems.
• Coordinate deliveries and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth service execution.
• Maintain accurate sales records and customer data.
• Support import/export and compliance requirements where applicable.
• Chase outstanding payments and ensure financial documentation.
• Actively contribute to sales growth through customer engagement, lead generation, and regular follow-up activities.
• Build long-term business relationships and support the expansion of Lektronix services across the Benelux market.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Fluent English (minimum B2/C1 level).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, business development.
• Customer-focused approach.
• Experience in customer interactions and commercial negotiations.
• Ownership of tasks and projects.
• Willingness to develop new business opportunities.
• Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving business goals.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• Knowledge of Dutch, French, or Luxembourgish.
