Job summary

Precision for Medicine is growing and we are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist II to join our European team. The position can be covered fully remotely from the UK, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Serbia or Romania.

The Sales Operations Specialist II supports the global Business Development group, ensuring data accuracy, managing BD processes, and delivering reports to internal/external audiences, with Salesforce as a core tool.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) + 2 yrs of related exp or +8 years’ experience in a business development role in a CRO setting.
• High level of proficiency in the Salesforce application and reporting functionality.

Responsibilities

• Manage new business development inquiries and BD outreach coordination.
• Collaborate with Marketing to leverage initiatives/content for BD efforts.
• Coordinate sales territories and assist in developing territory plans.
• Provide on-the-ground support for BD tasks including RFI, CDA coordination.
• Maintain Salesforce records for Clinical Solutions and Translational Sciences opportunities.
