Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field; scientific background preferred.
• 1–3 years in marketing operations or admin coordination.
• Fluent English; other European language a plus.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; CRM/tools experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own administrative support tools used by the EMEA marketing team (BuySmart, Interaction Hub).
• Support product registration activities and coordinate input collection; maintain trackers and deadlines.
• Coordinate EMEA marketing initiatives; plan, align stakeholders, track milestones, prep meetings.
• Own distribution lists and EMEA marketing communications; ensure accurate audiences and timely releases.
• Coordinate with WDB global stakeholders to secure EMEA visibility and respond to info requests.
• Publish Flow Gazette and Newsflow; manage timelines and ensure editorial consistency.
• Maintain EMEA presentations; ensure current content and aligned messaging.
• Contribute to Showpad and knowledge bases; review content for usability and accuracy.
