• Proven hunter with a track record of winning new logos.
• Experience selling consulting or professional services, ideally transformation/automation.
• Strong network in GBS, shared services, outsourcing or finance transformation.
• Based in the UK, Ireland or continental Europe; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business across the UK, Ireland and continental Europe.
• Build and convert a pipeline of consulting assignments.
• Target and open up BPOs and outsourcing providers.
• Build relationships with leadership, delivery and solutions teams.
• Lead the full sales cycle from first meeting to close.
• Write compelling proposals, manage pricing and negotiation.
• Grow accounts after win and secure follow-on work.
• Maintain CRM, pipeline and forecasts; report progress to leadership.
