Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is hiring a Clinical Data Manager II or Senior Clinical Data Manager to join our global team. We are open to candidates based in Poland, Hungary, Romania, Serbia or Slovakia with travel as needed.

The role manages all data management activities from startup to post database lock, develops CRF specifications, oversees DB build and edit checks, and ensures timely, compliant data deliverables. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience (experience in clinical data management a plus)
• 8+ years’ experience as a Senior CDM or 5+ years as a CDM II in CRO/biotech/pharma environments
• Experience with data management systems and database management
• Oncology experience preferred
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and communication abilities
• Ability to travel occasionally

Responsibilities

• Lead data management activities for assigned trials ensuring timely and quality deliverables
• Oversee data entry, CRF design, and ED/EDC processes
• Develop and review data entry guidelines, edit checks, and DB build documentation
• Coordinate with sponsors, vendors, and cross-functional teams
• Provide leadership and training to the data management team
• Prepare project-level data management plans and contribute to protocol/ SAP reviews
• Travel as needed to support study activities
