Job summary

Relativity is seeking an Application Analyst to join our world-class technical support team from Poland. This entry-level role focuses on diagnosing and resolving incidents on the RelativityOne/Relativity Server platform, using SQL and Windows fundamentals to support a mix of technical and non-technical customers.

You'll work with high ticket volumes, follow SOPs, and rely on KBs and swarming with senior engineers to handle issues beyond basic configuration.

Qualifications

Experience in customer support in SaaS or tech environments is preferred.
Aptitude for SQL, Windows, and troubleshooting technical issues; willingness to build depth quickly.
Client-focused mindset with ability to manage expectations under SLA pressure.
Strong written and verbal communication; explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-ticket-volume technical setting with defined procedures.
Willingness to travel up to 10% for training or customer engagements.

Responsibilities

Triage, diagnose, and resolve incidents and service requests logged in Salesforce, following SOPs and KB articles.
Run basic SQL queries to investigate root cause for common issues.
Recognize issues outside known patterns and swarm with teammates before escalation.
Support day-one troubleshooting of RelativityOne AI applications at a foundational level.
