Job summary

Relativity is seeking an Application Analyst to join our Product Support team. This role is an entry point for technical support on RelativityOne and Relativity Server, focusing on foundational SQL and Windows networking skills while learning the Relativity platform.

You will handle high ticket volume with documented procedures, SLAs, and collaborative swarming when needed. Ideal candidates have early SaaS support exposure, strong communication, and a desire to grow into Relativity

Qualifications

• Prior customer support experience in a SaaS or technology environment.
• Aptitude for SQL, Windows platforms, and troubleshooting technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Triage, diagnose, and resolve incidents and service requests logged in Salesforce, following SOPs and KB articles.
• Run basic SQL queries against Relativity databases to investigate root causes.
• Collaborate with teammates and escalation paths when issues fall outside known patterns.
• Support day-one troubleshooting of RelativityOne AI applications at a foundational level.
