Relativity, a leading legal data intelligence company, is seeking an Application Analyst entry point into our Product Support ladder. You will diagnose and resolve incidents on RelativityOne/Relativity Server, working within a product vertical and collaborating with senior teammates on non-trivial configurations.

You’ll build foundational skills in SQL, Windows networking, and the Relativity platform, handling high-ticket volume with documented SOPs and SLAs, and using knowledge bases, swarming,

Qualifications

SaaS or technology environment experience.
Aptitude for SQL and Windows platforms; willingness to deepen.
Client-focused with SLA-driven delivery and strong communication.
Travel up to 10% for training or customer engagements.

Responsibilities

Triage, diagnose, and resolve incidents in Salesforce following SOPs.
Run basic SQL queries to investigate root causes of issues.
Identify when issues fall outside known patterns and escalate via swarming.
Provide day-one troubleshooting for RelativityOne AI applications with senior support.
