Living for Tomorrow is seeking a Remote Customer Service Agent for Retail Support to provide professional assistance across order, account, membership, and retail-related needs. The program runs every day with scheduled 9:00 AM-9:00 PM ET hours and a certification process.

As an independent contractor, you’ll assist customers, document interactions, and follow defined workflows while maintaining high service standards. A webcam and home office setup are required.

Qualifications

• Patient, dependable, and able to research information while assisting customers.
• Comfortable working in a remote, home-based setup.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems while servicing inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with order status, processing changes, and cancellations.
• Answer membership questions, cards status, and auto-renewals.
• Handle marketplace order inquiries.
• Perform account research and document each interaction.
• Address corporate sales inquiries and escalate concerns when needed.
• Follow approved workflows and maintain accurate case records.
