Living for Tomorrow is seeking a Remote Reservations Customer Service Agent to support a major travel and hospitality program. You will help customers create, confirm, and manage reservations, answer lodging and dining questions, and handle air and travel-related inquiries in a fast-paced remote environment.

Roles are contract-based with 365 days availability and set certification schedule. You must complete rigorous certification, maintain high guest satisfaction, and follow detailed procedures

Qualifications

• Experience in travel, hospitality, or reservation-based customer service.
• Ability to manage detailed reservation information with accuracy.
• Strong communication and professional, patient service in a remote environment.
