Job summary

Bayer AG in Poland is seeking a Regulatory Systems and Process Optimisation Lead (remote role). The role focuses on building Veeva Vault RIM data structures and aligning regulatory data with SAP-based PDV, driving automation and AI readiness across processes.

Within DTO and the RAPS team, you will own regulatory workflows, partner with global stakeholders, and deliver improvements that reduce manual effort and support inspections.

Qualifications

• Experience with regulatory operations and data stewardship.
• Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault RIM and regulatory processes.
• Lean Six Sigma and process-mapping knowledge.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional adoption skills.

Responsibilities

• Improve data structures and governance in Veeva Vault RIM and integrate with SAP-based PDV.
• Own and optimise RA processes, submissions, and lifecycle management.
• Engage with APAC and META regions to gather needs and drive adoption.
• Identify automation and AI opportunities to reduce manual work and speed delivery.
