Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Regulatory Systems and Process Optimisation Lead for a fully remote role in Poland. You will build and optimise the Veeva Vault RIM foundation, integrate regulatory data with SAP-based PDV, and drive automation and AI readiness across Regulatory Affairs processes.

You will partner with DTO across APAC and META regions, manage process improvements, and ensure inspection readiness and compliant data governance while delivering value to strategy and commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years’ experience in regulatory operations, regulatory systems, data stewardship or process improvement within pharmaceutical or life sciences.
• Proven hands-on experience using Veeva Vault RIM in regulatory operations, submissions, data stewardship or process optimisation; Veeva certification is advantageous.
• Lean Six Sigma, process mapping, root-cause analysis and continuous improvement knowledge.
• Experience coordinating vendors or service providers in regulated digital environments; awareness of automation and AI readiness.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory data and Veeva Vault RIM foundation: structure, govern and use metadata and data for regulatory readiness and compliant decision making.
• Process ownership: own and improve Veeva Vault RIM-led processes, including submissions, labelling and risk management.
