Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Regulatory Automation Developer to bridge regulatory expertise and low-code automation. You will transform Veeva RIM processes through workflows, AI, and digital innovation, enabling faster, simpler regulatory operations.

You will design and deploy automation using Node-RED, n8n, and other Bayer technologies, ensuring security and compliance while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in a hybrid work setting in Poland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Information Systems, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field is required.
• 3+ years of experience in Regulatory affairs.
• Practical experience with Veeva Vault RIM is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable low-code solutions.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain automation workflows using Node-RED, n8n, and other Bayer-approved platforms.
• Ensure automations follow platform standards, security requirements, and GxP expectations.
• Support solution design by combining regulatory processes with platform capabilities.
• Promote automation-first thinking across regulatory operations.
• Monitor automation performance and identify optimization opportunities.
