SoftKraft is seeking a Remote Python Tech Lead to drive web applications architecture for Python-based projects. The role emphasizes leadership, hands-on development with Django/DRF, and delivering scalable systems in a fully remote setup.

You will mentor a software team, coordinate with other engineers, and ensure timely delivery through robust design, clean code, and effective communication in English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing web applications.
• 5+ years with Python, Django and DRF.
• Leadership and managerial skills.
• Strong understanding of Python principles and best practices.
• Experience building scalable architectures.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Action-oriented and proactive.
• Experience building REST APIs.
• Working knowledge of PostgreSQL or other RDBMS.
• Proficient in Git.
• Analytical thinking.
• English (B2 or above).

Responsibilities

• Participate in project planning, setting priorities and defining the work schedule.
