Job summary

Ordergroup is seeking a creative and proactive Project Tech Lead to join our dev team in Warsaw. You will mentor the development team and drive architecture while delivering web applications with Python (Django) and React/React Native (TypeScript).

You will support project managers, coordinate with PM/PO/UIUX, and actively contribute to tech decisions. Expect collaboration, code reviews, and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Tech Lead.
• Higher technical education degree.
• Strong understanding of system architecture and ability to design modular scalable systems.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and support development team members.
• Develop and maintain web apps using Python (Django) and React/React Native.
• Support project managers in team management and scheduling.
• Collaborate with PM/PO/UI/UX and other developers.
• Propose technical solutions and drive architectural decisions.
• Ensure code quality and implement tests.
• Participate in Scrum events and code reviews.
• Readiness for working on multiple projects and occasional travel.
