Responsibilities

• Work in a team of 4–6 engineers with a dedicated product owner.
• Divide business requirements into stories and deliver iteratively to production.
• Participate in analysis, development, testing and production support.
• Provide ongoing production support to ensure product stability.
• Identify technical debt areas and balance with new functionality.
• Design solutions aligned with technology guidelines and constraints.
• Collaborate with team members through pairing and knowledge sharing.
