Job summary

Refindable in Argentina is seeking a Project Manager to lead teams using no-code marketing automation tools (Zapier, HubSpot, Airtable, Octopus) to improve client workflows and marketing results. You will scope and manage projects, ensure on-time delivery within budget, coordinate across design, development, and client services, and maintain documentation and client communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering projects on budget, within scope and on time.
• Experience coordinating multiple client projects simultaneously and driving progress.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and implement efficient solutions.

Responsibilities

• Scope and manage projects in detail to migrate risks and avoid scope creep.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and scope while keeping clients satisfied.
• Coordinate resource allocation for multiple projects across the business.
• Track schedules and remove roadblocks for the production team.
• Support the wider project team in client meetings with knowledge and expertise.
• Work with design, development and client services to improve processes and efficiency.
• Maintain ongoing client schedules and workflows with the project team.
• Provide QA on each project to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Maintain communication channels within the project team.
• Create and maintain project documentation to support delivery.
