Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in project management (B2B services, SaaS, development or consultancy).
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum or another structured approach to planning.
• Ability to work with project documentation and analyse risks.
• English language proficiency at B2+ level.
• Leadership qualities: influence without direct authority across departments.
• Self-organisation and a results-oriented approach; remote work requires delivering results.
• Strong written and verbal communication to write emails, run calls, and reach consensus in conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery from contract signing to project closure, across cycles (weeks to months).
• Maintain project documentation: deadlines, scope, risks and changes.
• Act as the single point of contact between the client, the Account Manager and internal teams.
• Report regularly on progress, identify bottlenecks and resolve them before they become a problem for the client.
