Job summary

Refindable is a digital marketing company offering automation, eCommerce, lead generation and growth solutions. This remote role supports the CEO, keeps the sales pipeline current, and helps with broader organizational tasks to enable strategic focus.

You will be hands-on, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment, coordinating meetings and ensuring timely follow-ups across international clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an EA, project coord or biz dev support role.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
• Hands-on, proactive, and a self-starter with ownership mindset.
• Familiar with Notion, Google Workspace and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Keep the sales pipeline organized and up to date (CRM, follow-ups, scheduling).
• Coordinate meetings, calls, and agendas for business development.
• Track leads, opportunities and proposals with timely follow-ups.
• Help the CEO stay on deadlines, priorities and deliverables.
• Organize internal documents, notes and action items.
• Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they arise.
• Assist with admin or strategic tasks as needed.
