We are now looking for a Marketing Project Manager to take ownership of projects, ensuring deliverables are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

What You’ll Do

As a Marketing Project Manager, you will be the bridge between strategy and execution. Your role will focus on:

• Project Planning & Coordination – Define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables across marketing initiatives.
• Team Collaboration – Coordinate with designers, copywriters, digital marketers, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution.
• Campaign Management – Oversee digital campaigns across channels (social media, Google Ads, email marketing, SEO, and content marketing).
• Process Management – Create workflows, assign tasks, track progress, and manage priorities using project management tools.
• Quality Assurance – Review and ensure deliverables meet brand standards and client expectations.
• Reporting & Optimization – Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Budget Oversight – Monitor campaign budgets, report variances, and ensure resources are used efficiently.
• Stakeholder Communication – Serve as the point of contact for internal teams and clients, providing updates on project status, risks, and solutions.

Requirements

Experience: 3–5 years in marketing project management or digital marketing leadership.

Skills: Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills with attention to detail.

Tools: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Jira). Familiarity with CRM platforms (Zoho preferred).

Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, content, and email marketing).

Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make performance-driven recommendations.
