Job summary

Tripstack is seeking a Product Owner for Virtual Interline to connect non-partner airlines and unlock new itineraries. You will report to the Senior Manager, Product and drive the VI roadmap, working with Sales, Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Content teams to translate business goals into actionable plans.

You will develop deep VI domain expertise, assess market opportunities, and ensure the product scales with increasing demand and new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in travel industry, OTAs, airline distribution or APIs.
• Strong business acumen with market awareness and objective translation.
• Proven ability to translate requirements into product deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Senior Manager, Product to execute roadmap and translate objectives into delivery plans.
• Contribute to VI vision by analyzing market, competition, and data-driven recommendations.
• Understand VI architecture and its interactions with other platform components.
• Support R&D and A/B testing to optimize VI product.
• Build strong relationships with external partners and internal teams across Product, Eng., Data Science.
• Translate business/technical requirements into EPICs, stories, and priorities.
• Ensure quality output and timely delivery by coordinating with engineering teams.
• Monitor KPIs for system health, integration stability, performance, and efficiency.
• Prioritize backlog balancing stability, scalability and features.
• Coordinate dependencies, risks, and priorities in fast-paced environment.
• Review processes to identify gaps and improve efficiency.
• Analyze information, solve problems, and make timely decisions.
