Job summary

Philip Morris International is seeking a Product Owner for the Agent Marketplace and AI-assisted developer tools. You will shape the vision, roadmap and success metrics for cross-border platforms and own the front-end experience, catalog quality and access journeys.

Lead pilots, coordinate launches and collaborate with product, platforms, suppliers and services teams. Excellent English required; roles span Lisbon (remote) and Kraków (hybrid) with international scope.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Ownership or Product Management in tech.
• Experience with digital products or developer tools lifecycle.
• Strong Agile discovery, roadmap and backlog skills.
• Experience driving enterprise adoption and pilots with eng teams.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted developer workflows and governance.

Responsibilities

• Shape vision, roadmap and success metrics for Agent Marketplace and tools.
• Own marketplace front-end experience, catalog quality and access journeys.
• Define target users, value propositions and AI tool use cases.
• Lead pilots, acceptance testing and collect feedback with quality signals.
• Coordinate launches, training, communications and support transitions.
• Manage dependencies across product owners, platforms and suppliers.
• Use evidence to prioritize improvements and retirement.
