Job summary
Ultimate Jet Vacations seeks a Travel Product Operations Associate to act as the data and process link between suppliers, reservations, and the booking engine. You will ensure precise hotel and service data entry for sale to agents and clients.
Requirements include 1–2 years in hotel product setup or travel ops, XML/API troubleshooting, and strong Excel/Google Workspace skills. Remote role with USD payments and growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years in hotel product setup or travel operations.
- Experience interpreting XML data feeds or API connections.
- Fluent English in business emails and supplier communication.
- Advanced Excel and Google Workspace skills.
Responsibilities
- Onboard, verify, enter and manage supplier details (hotel markup, commissions, room data, fees).
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of product information into UJV's database.
- Collaborate with sales agents to resolve booking discrepancies.
- Manage content updates such as itineraries and terms & conditions.
- Troubleshoot operational issues with suppliers and internal teams.
- Conduct QA checks to verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Lead special projects to improve processes and efficiency.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
