Job summary

Vistulo Company is hiring a Senior Business Analyst/Consultant to own foreign exchange product delivery end-to-end on an in-house FX platform. You’ll draft requirements, shape them with stakeholders, collaborate with developers and test in production, leveraging deep FX domain knowledge for end-to-end delivery.

The role is fully remote for residents of Poland and Romania, with time-zone overlap to US Eastern hours.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in capital markets with FX focus.
• Hands-on FX product knowledge: spots, forwards, swaps, NDFs.
• Experience with FX trading lifecycle: pricing, hedging, settlements.
• Experience delivering electronic FX platforms or related engines.
• Strong knowledge of FIX, REST APIs and message-based integrations.
• Experience integrating with multibank portals and liquidity providers.
• Ability to lead requirements, write BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for an in-house FX platform.
• Analyze and scope new client requirements from initial ask to production.
• Support client onboarding with FX and API setup.
• Manage multi-channel interfaces and drive enhancements.
• Write BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
• Run end-to-end trade lifecycle testing and reconcile reports.
• Collaborate with Trading, Sales, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Tech.
• Provide occasional support outside trading hours.
• Use AI tools to speed up requirements, testing, or delivery where appropriate.
