Job summary

Vaillant Group seeks an experienced Product Owner/Manager to drive our Partner Engagement product strategy and roadmap across global and regional markets. You will bridge business and technology, guiding product innovation, commercial performance, and customer value.

You will collaborate with marketing and sales, align stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery while optimizing operating models and governance. Strong English skills and experience in loyalty programs are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in Product Ownership or Product Management, ideally in loyalty/rewards programs, with expertise in Salesforce and SAP.
• Strong understanding of loyalty program mechanics, campaign management, customer engagement, and product strategy.

Responsibilities

• Define, communicate, and execute the product vision, strategy, value proposition, and roadmap for Partner Engagement solutions.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities to guide product evolution.
• Collect, evaluate, and prioritize customer and regional requirements to maximize product value.
• Own the commercial performance of the product, manage business cases, revenue targets, and incentives.
• Collaborate with global and regional marketing and sales for product adoption and growth.
• Align priorities with stakeholders across business and technology functions for successful delivery.
• Steer product development and operations within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Define and optimize operating models, processes, and governance structures for impact.
• Use KPIs to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Steer development of Frontend, Backend for Frontend, Backend incl. Salesforce and SAP processes.
