Job summary

Viseven is seeking a Product Owner/Manager to translate strategy into executable backlogs and oversee agile delivery across product teams. You will refine features with stakeholders, lead discovery, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure high-value outcomes in a pharma-focused context.

The role requires 2+ years in product roles, 1+ year in life sciences or pharma IT, strong Jira/Confluence skills, and experience with AI/ML-driven products.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as Product Owner, Product Manager, Delivery Manager or similar.
• 1+ years in Pharma/Life Sciences or Pharma Marketing IT environments.
• Proven track record of defining and launching products meeting business objectives.
• Experience with AI/ML-driven products, including model lifecycle and metrics.
• Strong proficiency in Jira, Confluence and Agile/Scrum.
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria and specs.
• Familiarity with estimation techniques (story points, T-shirt sizing).
• English proficiency at upper-intermediate level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Translate product-line strategy into actionable team backlogs and validate sprint outcomes.
• Own and prioritize the team backlog to focus on highest-value work.
• Define sprint goals, plan sprints, and coordinate with the team for realistic commitments.
• Manage scope changes during sprints and communicate with stakeholders.
• Ensure backlog refinement aligns with product priorities and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product Management to refine features from market insights.
• Coordinate BAs, SAs and others during discovery for clear, feasible requirements.
• Plan releases at team level in collaboration with Engineering Manager.
