Job summary

Red Sky Poland is seeking a Product Owner to validate early-stage ideas, lead discovery efforts, and own product development from sketch to MVP and beyond. You’ll shape direction, prioritize features, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure that what we build solves real user problems. This is not a backlog-management position.

You will be expected to challenge ideas, make recommendations and take ownership of product and business outcomes, with a strong emphasis on autonomy and impact.

Qualifications

• Proven experience launching 0→1 digital products.
• Strong product discovery and customer research capabilities.
• Fluency in modern product development: Discovery, Lean Startup, Continuous Delivery, Agile.
• Experience writing user stories, specs, and collaborating closely with design & dev.
• Familiarity with Miro, ClickUp, Figma and product analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery of new product ideas - define user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Lead user interviews and market research to shape product strategy.
• Translate insights into detailed product requirements from vision to edge cases.
• Partner with design, engineering, and stakeholders to launch MVPs quickly and iteratively.
• Own and evolve the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on data, impact, and feasibility.
• Define, monitor, and report on KPIs and product success metrics.
• Facilitate sprints, workshops, and cross-functional alignment.
