Job summary

GetResponse, a SaaS company, seeks a Product Manager to lead the Core Platform domain focused on contact management. You will drive strategy and roadmap and collaborate with engineering to translate requirements into development initiatives.

You will work with cross-functional teams to align platform goals with business objectives, ensure scalability and reliability, and make data-driven decisions to deliver impact.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Product Management experience in SaaS.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience collaborating closely with backend engineering teams.
• Good understanding of backend technologies, APIs, databases, and system architecture.
• Fluent Polish (Polish-speaking teams).
• English at B2/C1 level (minimum B2).

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Core Platform.
• Partner with engineering to define, prioritize, and deliver platform capabilities.
• Translate business and technical requirements into clear product initiatives and actionable development plans.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, Architects, and IT stakeholders to align platform development with company objectives.
• Prioritize initiatives based on customer value, business impact, technical dependencies, and platform health.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Monitor platform performance, scalability, and reliability, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Support the delivery of high-quality backend solutions by working closely with engineering and QA teams.
• Make data-informed product decisions and evaluate the impact of delivered initiatives.
