Job summary

Profitroom is seeking a Product Manager for Suite, the core platform used by hoteliers daily. You will own the product journey from onboarding to multi-property management, ensuring a fast, self-service experience and scalable configuration for portfolios.

You will work across Onboarding, Support, Training and Sales teams, shaping API-driven, user-centric features with data-backed decisions and AI-assisted insights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial experience as a Product Manager or similar role.
• Experience in the hospitality industry or SaaS product with multi-tenant architecture.
• Ability to translate business goals into user-centered product outcomes.
• Experience with onboarding, configuration or admin areas of a SaaS product and self-service flows.
• Strong data literacy and ability to back recommendations with evidence.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the Suite roadmap with clear success criteria.
• Own the shared platform layer: navigation, UI framework and common components.
• Redesign onboarding to reduce time-to-live and enable self-service onboarding.
• Shape multi-property capabilities for hierarchical, portfolio-level configuration.
• Drive authentication, access control, security and multi-tenant data handling.
• Collaborate with onboarding, support, sales and training teams; ensure cross-team alignment.
• Use data and AI-driven insights to identify friction and prioritize fixes.
