Job summary

Matrix42 AG seeks a platform product leader to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for platform experiences across service management, asset management, and endpoint management. You will drive end-to-end platform capabilities, dashboards, and workflows that span products, systems, and user personas.

The role emphasizes extensibility through APIs and integrations, collaboration with design, and shaping AI-enabled workflows across admins, end users, and developers.

Qualifications

• Candidates with product management experience in enterprise SaaS and platform-level products.
• Experience designing for multiple personas: end users, admins, and developers.
• Strong understanding of configurable platforms, low-code/no-code patterns, and workflow designers.
• Experience with platform extensibility: APIs and integrations.
• Exposure to agentic AI or AI-driven workflow orchestration.
• UX-focused mindset with collaboration with design teams.
• Ability to communicate with C-level, sales, and engineering stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Matrix42 platform experiences across products.
• Design platform end-to-end: dashboards, reports, layouts, components, and service desk experiences.
• Shape workflows that span products and compose reusable solutions.
• Drive extensibility via APIs and integrations with partners and customers.
• Shape AI as an active layer in the platform for agentic workflows.
