Job summary

Frontiers is seeking a Platform Product Manager to own the IAM and Messaging strategy and roadmap. You’ll partner with Platform Engineering and Senior Engineers to deliver API‑driven services used by Frontiers’ engineering teams, not end users.

You’ll translate engineering needs into prioritized backlogs, shape contracts and versioning, drive security posture and GDPR compliance, and define success metrics including adoption, reliability, time-to-first-call, and cost.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical/platform product management or engineering leadership.
• Platform-as-a-product mindset: internal engineering customers first.
• Technical fluency to engage in architecture discussions and read API specs.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve IAM and Messaging roadmaps, prioritising internal engineering demand, security, and scalability.
• Turn engineering needs into clear specs and prioritised backlogs (PRDs/SDDs).
• Co-design architecture with Platform Engineering Managers and Senior Engineers.
• Own service/API lifecycle, versioning and deprecation planning.
• Be the primary internal contact for developers integrating with IAM and Messaging.
• Define and track success metrics: adoption, reliability, security posture, and cost.
