Job summary

Profitroom is seeking a Product Manager to own Suite, our platform layer used daily by hoteliers. You will shape onboarding journeys, multi-property configurations, and a scalable architecture for groups while collaborating with Onboarding, Support, and Training teams across 55 countries.

In this role you’ll drive user-centric decisions, leverage data and AI for insights, and maintain high standards for security and multi-tenant operations in a fast-growing hotel tech company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager (or similar role).
• Experience in hospitality or hotel operations is preferred.
• Product mindset focusing on user problems and business outcomes.
• Experience with onboarding, configuration or admin areas of SaaS products.
• Experience on a SaaS platform serving multiple user types in a multi-tenant environment.
• Strong communication skills and data-driven decision making.
• Polish at C1 minimum and English at a level for international teams.
• Solid understanding of Agile product development.
• Passion for creating and improving products and services.

Responsibilities

• Own the Suite roadmap and translate business goals into a sequenced plan with clear success criteria.
• Own the shared platform layer including navigation and UI framework, defining standards and efficiency metrics.
• Redesign onboarding to reduce time-to-live and enable self-service for clients.
• Build multi-property capabilities to scale from single hotels to portfolios.
• Improve admin experiences including invoicing, terms, and configuration.
• Own authentication and access in a multi-tenant environment focusing on security and compliance.
• Develop the Support & Knowledge layer with ticketing, KB, and in-platform help.
• Engage in continuous discovery with stakeholders across Onboarding, Support, Sales, and Training.
• Utilize data and AI-tools to identify friction and measure impact of changes.
• Collaborate with product teams to align priorities and operationalize changes.
