Job summary

Payentry is seeking a Product Manager to join a remote, cross-functional team. You will lead an Agile group of software and QA engineers, align product vision with company goals, and manage vendor integrations. You will also translate customer feedback into actionable product decisions and maintain a prioritized backlog.

The role emphasizes strong communication, leadership and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-growing environment. Preference for experience in HCM-related products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
• 3+ years as a product manager.
• 5+ years in software development, ideally in business analysis or QA.
• Experience with API integrations.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and adapt priorities.
• Deep knowledge of agile environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership.
• Able to manage conflicting stakeholder requests.
• HCM industry knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile team of software and QA engineers to release meaningful product enhancements.
• Collaborate with leadership to set product vision and roadmap aligned with strategy.
• Manage third-party vendor integrations to support the product.
• Serve as primary contact for customer feedback and translate insights into decisions.
• Create product requirements for new features and enhancements.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
• Facilitate release planning with smooth deployment and stakeholder communication.
• Identify areas for improvement to drive team growth.
• Act as product ambassador internally and externally, answering questions.
