Job summary

Apex IT is seeking a seasoned HCM Product Owner to lead the functional support, enhancements, and strategic roadmap for Oracle HCM Cloud applications. You will bridge HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to ensure compliant, efficient, and employee-centric HR processes.

This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and experience with multiple Oracle HCM modules. Remote or on-site work is available with flexible scheduling and a focus on delivering business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/IS/BS or related field required.
• At least 5 years of experience supporting or managing Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
• Experience with multiple Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Time and Labor, Talent Management, Recruiting, Workforce Management).
• Preferred: experience as Product Owner, BA, or Functional Lead.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Product Owner for Oracle HCM Cloud applications (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Time and Labor, Talent Management, Recruiting, Workforce Management).
• Develop and communicate the Oracle HCM product roadmap aligned to business objectives.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and stakeholders to deliver enhancements and process improvements.
• Manage backlog, requirements gathering, user stories, testing, and releases.
• Lead user acceptance testing and oversee transition activities for new capabilities.
