Job summary

Remote is seeking a senior product manager to own complex third-party integrations (API and file/EDI-based). You will lead cross-functional teams, design APIs and agent-facing tooling, and prioritize integration scope under deadlines.

Reporting to Product leadership, you will drive the roadmap for benefits integrations across Employer of Record, global payroll, and HRIS-connected customers, ensuring data integrity, and partnering with Engineering, Payroll Operations, Finance, and Legal.

Qualifications

• Experience as product manager owning complex third-party integrations (API and file/EDI-based).
• Provider-agnostic mindset prioritizing customer reality and future needs.
• Ability to autonomously build, debug, and ship functional code/prototypes (Cursor/Claude Code).
• Comfort designing for systems and humans—APIs and agent-facing tooling, not just dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Drive roadmap for connections to carriers, TPAs, benefits platforms, and customers' HR systems.
• Own the shift toward one administration platform and single cost-ingestion pipeline.
• Break strategy into a roadmap legible to engineering, operations and leadership.
• Enable sales and implementation on benefits processing using AI tools and agent-connected workflows.
• Lead end-to-end migrations, testing, and go-live readiness with engineering.
