Job summary

Kidde Global Solutions is expanding in Poland with a home-based role focused on developing new business for fire protection solutions across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. You will cultivate relationships with end users, design firms, and system integrators, supported by the sales team to pursue and win opportunities.

The role requires 3+ years in a BDM or sales function, a technical background, travel readiness, and fluency in Polish with English.

Qualifications

At least 3 years in business development, sales, or related roles.
Fluent Polish and good English.
Willingness to travel.
Experience working with end users, design firms or system integrators is preferred.

Responsibilities

Interact with end users, design firms, and system integrators to develop projects and solutions using KGS products in Poland.
Develop integrated fire protection solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial applications to be included in tender specifications.
Identify opportunities and activities of commercial interest with the sales team.
Organize technical-commercial, regulatory, or promotional events to raise awareness of KGS products in Poland.
Follow sales activities and opportunities through to award with detailed reporting.
