Job summary

Kidde Global Solutions is seeking a highly organised Sales Support Engineer to join the team in Gdańsk, Poland. You will provide technical support to sales managers, prepare technical specifications, deliver presentations and training, and assist in day-to-day sales order processing.

You will act as the key contact between sales, internal departments, and customers, helping identify suitable solutions and ensure excellent service while managing multiple priorities and communicating complex tech

Qualifications

• Experience in electronic security or security system solutions.
• Good working knowledge of IP networks and related tech.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows environments.
• Familiarity with Kidde Global Solutions products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support sales representatives and account managers with technical matters.
• Manage and prioritise incoming requests from customers.
• Collaborate with Solution Lab and Product Management on specs.
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Provide technical training for internal and external customers.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and guidance.
• Facilitate communication between customers, sales teams and labs.
• Support customer satisfaction initiatives aligned with ACE objectives.
