Job summary

Kidde Global Solutions is seeking a Product Analyst with a strong background in UX/UI to transform business needs into intuitive web and mobile solutions. You will work closely with Product Owners, Sales, and Engineering to define requirements and shape user experiences.

Responsibilities include wireframing, prototyping, and validating designs, while collaborating across teams to ensure successful implementation and documentation in Confluence and Jira.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Analysis, UX Design, Product Design, or a similar role.
• Proven experience designing web and mobile application interfaces.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and usability.
• Experience creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design specifications.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.

• Gather, analyze, and document business, customer, and user requirements.
• Translate requirements into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Design user journeys, workflows, navigation structures, and user interactions.
• Conduct usability reviews and identify opportunities to improve user experience.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure proper implementation of UX/UI requirements.

As a Product Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming business needs, customer feedback, and product vision into intuitive and effective web and mobile solutions. Working closely with Product Owners, Sales, and Engineering teams, you will not only define product requirements but also contribute directly to the design of user experiences and user interfaces.

You will be responsible for requirements analysis, user research, workflow definition, wireframing, prototyping, and validating that proposed solutions meet both business objectives and user expectations. Your ability to combine analytical thinking with UX/UI expertise will be essential in shaping products that are both functional and engaging.

Individuals may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus based on both individual and company performance. The final compensation for this position will be determined based on the individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience in relation to the job requirements.
