Job summary

Kidde Global Solutions seeks a Polish-speaking Business Development Manager to establish and grow the Poland market by building strong relationships with end users, design firms, and system integrators, and by identifying new opportunities.

Based in Gdansk with a home-based setup, you will collaborate with the sales team to develop solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial projects and drive opportunities through to award, while travelling as required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience, 5–10 preferred.
• Technical background in engineering, electronics, building automation, security systems, or fire protection is a plus.
• Training will be provided for product specifics.

Responsibilities

• Develop projects with end users, design firms, and system integrators.
• Create integrated fire protection solutions for various applications.
• Identify commercial opportunities and drive them with the sales team.
• Organize events to raise awareness of KGS products in Poland.
• Track opportunities until they are won and report on targets.
