Job summary

Masabi is hiring a People Operations professional to own day-to-day operations across onboarding, employee queries, payroll inputs, and core programs. You will build scalable processes and partner with Finance, IT, and external providers to keep things running smoothly.

You’ll bring broad HR Generalist experience, practical employment law knowledge across countries, and a hands-on, data-driven approach to improving the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Broad HR Generalist experience across People Operations or HR Operations.
• Solid employment law fundamentals across countries and practical application.
• Strong data skills with spreadsheets to support decisions.
• Experience managing payroll/EOR partners and vendors.
• Built scalable People Operations solutions.
• Hands-on with attention to detail and big-picture thinking.
• Proactive, self-directed with empathy and collaboration.
• Willingness to use automation/AI to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the running of People Operations end-to-end across a globally distributed workforce.
• Partner with People team to deliver programs like performance reviews, surveys, compensation cycles and probation tracking.
• Own Masabi's EOR and PEO relationships ensuring compliance across the global workforce.
• Build and improve processes, workflows, and self-service experiences.
• Keep people data accurate in BambooHR and support reporting.
• Keep core People Operations compliant, organized and audit-ready.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, People Partners and vendors to keep payroll inputs and onboarding running smoothly.
• Scale People Operations as Masabi grows and improve employee experience.
• Own documentation and knowledge management for the People team.
