Job summary

People Can Fly Studio is seeking a highly organized People Operations & Payroll Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our People function. You will own payroll, onboarding, contracts, employee changes, benefits, HR systems and offboarding, while driving process improvements and automation.

This hands-on role requires excellent attention to detail, strong system skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in an international, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on payroll experience across multiple countries.
• Highly organized with ability to manage deadlines and multiple processes.
• Proficiency with HR systems, spreadsheets and data handling.
• Fluent Polish and English communication.
• Strong accuracy, discretion and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll across multiple countries with Finance and external providers.
• Coordinate onboarding, contracts, employee changes and offboarding.
• Handle payroll data checks, reconciliations and discrepancy resolution.
• Maintain payroll calendars, controls and approvals.
• Oversee benefits administration and employee queries related to payroll.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and company policies and manage HR systems.
• Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal and IT to ensure smooth processes.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve payroll and People processes.
