Job summary

MoneyGram, a global payments company, seeks a Payments Partnerships Manager to own day-to-day relationships with payment partners, surface opportunities to improve performance, and expand payment options for MoneyGram customers. The role is remote-based and reports into leadership in Pacific Time (US).

You will develop expertise in partnership economics, SLAs, and integration constraints, turning insights into measurable revenue gains and cost reductions across multiple time zones.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in relationship/account/partner management or client-facing role in financial services/fintech.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and/or cost savings through partnerships.
• Ability to identify opportunities using deep knowledge of partnerships, economics, and operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional, confident, and able to tailor messaging.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of payment partners (card networks, processors, alternatives).
• Lead regular partner engagements, agendas, action tracking, and commitments.
• Build relationships at working/mid-management levels to earn trust and drive outcomes.
• Drive revenue growth and cost savings by analyzing partnership economics and proposing improvements.
