Job summary

BPX is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead a strategic, global programme focused on improving the end-to-end experience of external vendors and partners, with payment processes as a key area.

The role requires translating leadership priorities into a delivery plan, coordinating multiple workstreams, and actively managing milestones, dependencies and risks in a high-visibility, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Programme Manager in large, complex, international organisations.
• Ability to translate strategy into delivery plans and manage multiple workstreams.
• Experience coordinating programme budgets and financial tracking.
• Fluent English in business and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the programme end-to-end with an overall plan, milestones and delivery cadence across multiple workstreams.
• Translate leadership priorities into concrete deliverables and ensure accountability across teams.
• Manage senior stakeholders, including VP-level leaders, with clear reporting and escalation.
• Coordinate programme budgets, funding and prioritisation decisions.
• Partner with technology to align business requirements with delivery and ensure readiness.
• Establish and maintain programme governance, RAID, status reporting and cross-functional coordination.
• Drive alignment across functions and geographies in a global environment.
• Identify risks and blockers and implement mitigation or escalation as needed.
